    3. Drain and run the boiled spinach in cold water for a minute or two.
    4. Squeeze the water out of the spinach and leave aside.
    5. Prepare the salad dressing: Chop spring onion and mince garlic. Roast sesame seeds and mix in sesame oil, soy sauce and salt.
    6. Add the salad dressing to the spinach.

    You can pair it with any foods you like. This Korean spinach dish side is easily customizable.
