    15. Get 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
    16. Prepare 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
    17. Prepare 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    18. Prepare as required Salt,

    20. Take 1 tbsp sesame seeds

    Steps to make Baby corn chilli:

    1. In a bowl, add corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Add some water and make it into a thick batter. Add chopped baby corn and mix well. Make sure all the baby corn pieces are coated well.
    2. Meanwhile heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, keep the flame on medium and gently drop a few pieces of baby corn and fry until golden brown. Remove them on to a plate. Repeat the same for rest of the baby corn pieces.
    3. In a pan, heat 2 tsp of oil. Add finely chopped garlic and slit green chillies. After a min, add finely chopped onion and fry until half done. Add finely chopped capsicum(if added) and fry for a minute.
    4. Add salt, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. If required, sprinkle few tbsp of water. Add red chilli - powder and drop the fried baby corn. Give it a quick stir and make sure the chilli sauce is coated well. Sprinkle finely chopped spring onion and sesame seeds on top and remove from heat.
    5. Serve hot as an appetizer.
