    5. Deep fry in hot oil on medium high flame for few minutes
    6. Fry patties to golden colour remove from oil
    7. To garnish a serving plate spread mint curd sauce at the centre of plate with the help of brush,sprinkle some roasted semolina at one side make some beautiful design using pizza sauce and tomato sauce with the help of fingers,put some lemon rings,onion slices
    8. Place onion ring on the curd mint sauce then put chickpea fritter over it,garnish it with a drop of tomato sauce,some cheese and Coriander leaves
