    1. Take the baby corn. Wash it. Now cut it from the middle and then diagonally into pcs. Add salt, black pepper powder one tbsp of ginger and garlic paste corn flour and madia. Mix it gently. Add water little by little so that it get coated over the baby corn as batter.
    2. In a pan add oil then add the baby corn one by one. It might stick but try to remove it. Fry it in high flame till it get crispy. Now remove it and keep it aside on a tissue.
    3. Now in a pan add oil then add chopped ginger, garlic, green chiles and spring onions. Saute it. Then add little vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce and green Chile sauce. Mix them all. Now in a bowl add some corn flour add water to it. Pour it in the pan when it thickens add the baby corn. Stir them well. Add salt, black pepper powder. Mix them. Garnish it with spring onion green and white seasme seeds.
