    Instructions to make Black chickpea/ chana chaat:

    1. Take soaked chana in a bowl and wash it properly. In pressure cooker put chana, salt and water and take 1 whistle on high flame and 2 more on medium flame. Turn off the gas. Keep aside.
    2. When the pressure cooker is cool completely drain chana in a bowl.
    3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, saute for a minute add turmeric powder and black salt. Now add black chickpeas in it. Mix well and cover it. Cook on medium heat for 5 -10 minutes. Stir it occasionally. Turn off the gas. Keep aside.
    4. Now add lemon juice, sugar, red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder in it. Mix well. Keep aside for a while.
