    1. In a handi,add ghee,bay leaf,cloves,cinnamon and green Cardamom sauté for a min
    2. Add onions,ginger garlic paste,chilli paste, capsicum sauté for a min
    3. Then add tomato purée and add all the spices mix well sauté for 3-4 mins
    4. Then add sweet corn,baby corn and imli pulp and fry 3-4 mins
    5. Add the cooked rice on the top of the corn mixture..then spread the rice evenly and top it with fried baby corn,coriander leaves
    6. Cook it with closed lid on low flame for about 10 mins
    7. Serve it hot with sweet and spicy raw mango chutney
