    Instructions to make Glazed sesame salmon:

    1. To create the marinade for the salmon, in a low dish mix together soy sauce and ginger and lay the salmon in skin side up for around 15 minutes
    2. Transfer the salmon onto a baking tray and place it skin side down, covering with sesame seeds
    3. Place salmon in oven at 180 degrees for around 15 minutes
    4. Remove the skin of the butternut squash and then dice. Toss in a little olive oil and salt and pepper and place in the oven for around 40 minutes
    5. Place lettuce in a bowl with diced feta and then top with the salmon and butternut squash

    Once the salmon is cooked, assemble the bowls and enjoy immediately. Serve with lime wedges and extra hoisin sauce if desired. Transfer the salmon to a grill pan lined with foil, skin side-down.
