    Steps to make Ragda pattice:

    1. Start by boiling the potatoes in the pressure cooker for 5 to 6 whistles
    2. Then for the green chutney blend coriander, green chillis, small piece of ginger and 8 pieces of garlic. Add tsp of zeera to it.
    3. For the imli chutney boil the imli with jaggery, desseded dates, red chilli pdr and zeera pdr and salt according to taste.
    4. Potatoes which have been pressure cooked and cooled add to them haldi pdr, zeera pdr and salt. Then take a pan add to it oil and shallow fry the potato patty both the sides. Light brown. Be very careful when you turn the patty to fry.
    5. Meanwhile in the pressure cooker boil the yellow peas with haldi and salt. Atleast 8 to 9 whistles. Consistency of the peas should be soft. Add 1 cup of water to make it a dal like consistency.
    6. So now the dal is cooked, potatoes mixture is ready. Green chutney and imli chutney is ready.
