    1. Soak makai and java ke fada in buttermilk and give a boil and leave for 10 mins.
    2. Add salt and then pressure cook for 3 whistles.
    3. Boil blanched baby corn and beans.
    4. Then Saute all the veggies in 1/2 tsp ghee and add chilli flakes,black pepper and salt
    5. Add 2 tsp of ghee in the porridge (remove from the cooker)
    6. Mix with the vegetables and serve hot. Garnish with cherry,walnuts and coriander
