- First of all beat eggs, add sugar, milk, butter and beat until become a smooth batter.
- In another bowl strain maida. Add Baking powder.
- Now in the eggs batter add maida and baking powder mixture.
- Mix it well until a thick batter form.
- Now put it in pot (patila) on stove and slow the flame. After 40 minutes check it if cooked then turn off the flame but if not Cooked then wait for further 10 minutes.
