    1. First wash the fish properly twice or thrice with salt and turmeric powder. Wash carefully because the fish is tender it will break. Once it done. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside for 3 minutes
    2. Meanwhile, heat mustard oil in Kadhai. When the oil is hot. Add chopped potato. Wash potato. Peel the skin of the potato and cut into lengthwise. Fry till it become light brown in colour. Then add radish. Wash radish and peel it. Cut it into lengthwise. Fry it for few minutes. Then add all the dry powder. Mix it well. Add chopped onion again mix it.
    3. Then add Bombay duck fish. Don't stir it. The fish Will break. Add salt again fry for few minutes.
    4. After frying add water as neededed. Cover and boil it till the vegetables become tender. And the fish cooked well. Keep the curry juicy. Once it is done. Pour mustard oil over the curry and cook for few minutes. Once it is done.
    5. Transfer to a beautiful bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Now it is Ready to Serve with hot with Steamed Rice
