Now roll both the balls one by one and make all balls flat in a cup take one tspn maida add little water to make a batter to seal the sides.
Now take one small piece apply the maida batter all sides,put little quantity of stuffing in middle and roll it like we make Momos from the left over part on upper side give the shape of duck's beak and put cardamom pods on both sides on the beak for making eyes.
Now take the big piece and apply maida batter all sides and fill the stuffing in middle make the gujhiya as usually we make now apply the batter on the inner side and roll it with middle and seal the sides with help of maida it looks like body of duck.
Take a tooth pick cut into halves and place it in the middle of the body and put the head part in it like this u make all the ducks.
Heat the oil and fry all gujhiyas in low to medium flame. Or u can bake them in convection mode on 200° for 16-18 minutes
