    Steps to make Tacoshila:

    1. Firstly let's prepare stuffing. Take a big mixing bowl.

    3. Now add 1/2 tsp Mint powder, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt in it.
    4. Give it a mix.
    5. Now grease a pan lightly and saute this mixture for 1 minute. We dont have to saute for long.
    6. Once it is done, keep aside.
    7. Now prepare curd sauce.
    8. Take curd, add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp mint powder, 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds and little salt as per taste.
    9. Beat well to make a nice smooth texture sauce. Keep aside.
    10. Now we will make tacos.
    11. In a mixing bowl, take gram flour, add 1/2 tsp mint powder, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder and Salt.
    12. Add little water and make a smooth batter like cheela.
    13. Grease non-stick tawa and spread small round shape cheela. Cook from both sides until crunchy by adding little ghee or oil. Cook it at high flame and make it crunchy so that it hold tacos shape.
    14. Once done, take a cheela and fold in the shape of taco and fill stuffing inside. Garnish with fresh coriander.
    15. Serve with curd sauce and enjoy!
