    23. Prepare 1 cup Red beans
    24. Take 1 cup Sticky/overcooked rice
    25. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
    26. Make ready 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
    27. Prepare 1/2 tsp Black pepper corn crushed
    28. Prepare as needed Fresh coriander leaves
    29. Get 2-3 Green chilli chopped
    30. Get 1 tsp Lemon juice
    31. Make ready as needed (Cornflour 2 tbsp+ maida 2 tbsp) paste
    32. Make ready 1/2 cup Bread crumbs

    5. For lachha paratha… Take refined flour add red chilli powder, salt and oil to it. Knead it to soft dough. Roll the paratha.
    6. Now for laccha in paratha do as shown in picture. And roll it again
    7. Now heat tawa and semi cook the paratha. Do not flip the paratha. Remove from the flame and Keep aside.
    8. For harissa dressing.. Take a pan and add water to it and dried red chilli to it. Boil for 5 min. After that remove excess water add all the ingredients of harissa dressing together and grind to smooth paste by adding water. Keep aside
    9. For assembling. Take mayonnaise and mix with harissa dressing.
    10. For assembling.. Take half cooked lachha paratha and spread some mayonnaise and harissa spread over the paratha after that add Arancini patty to it and sprinkle some Mexican seasoning to it.
    11. Heat oil in tawa and fry taco 🌮holding with tongs flipping sides regularly.
    12. Ready to serve..
