    4. Now take 2 tbsp oil in kadai or pan,add jeera and tej patta,also pinch of asfoetida and red chilli powder…..Then pour gravy and cook it for 10 minutes….until its raw taste gone.Stir it well…and cooked it.
    5. Add boiled chole(chickpeas) in it…and stir it.. add masala in it…red chilli powder,Chole masala and salt to taste….Stir it well and cook for 10 minutes.
    6. Off the flame and took out in a serving bowl…Garnish it with coriander and raw onion rings.
    7. Now take oil in a kadai for Bhature…knead the dough and make little equal portions from it.
    8. With the help of Roller and pin roll Bhature…(almost size of roti)Fry it..
