    2. Then open the lid, add sugar and chole masala and mash some chole and cook on medium flame till the water is absorbed. Finally, garnish with chopped coriander.
    3. For bhature, In a bowl take maida, add rava, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and oil. Mix all the ingredients well using both hands. Make sure the oil is mixed with the flour. Add curd and knead the dough for 5 minutes properly. Then grease the dough with oil and cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
    4. Knead the dough for minute and divide into equal balls. Take a portion and roll using maida for dusting. Keep it a little thick so that it puffs up. Now heat oil in a pan and add bhatura when the oil is very hot. Tap with a spoon if it doesn't puff up. Fry till golden from both sides. Finally, serve hot with chole.
