    Instructions to make Namakpare:

    1. In a large mixing bow take 2 cup wheat flour and also add 1 tsp ajwain and 1/2 tsp salt and oil and mix well.
    2. Now add luckwarm water slowly and start to knead the dough.knead the dough well, until form stiff and tigh. Keep the dough aside covered for 15 minutes.
    3. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and make ball.
    4. Take one ball and roll it into a thin chaptai on a rolling board. Take a knife and cut them into diamond shapes.Similarly shape the rest of the namak pare.
    5. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame. When the oil is sufficiently hot add a few namak pare at a time and fry them on low-medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until crisp and golden in colour. drain them on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
    6. Allow namak pare to cool to room temperature and store them into an airtight container.You can serve namak para with tea or as a snack.
