    2. coat ovenproof dish with olive oil. put in oven for 5mins.
    3. chop green peppers, coat with salt n pepper n a lil parika, smoked is better.
    4. take oven dish out of oven, place choped peppers in dish, add the seabass on top & the prawns on top!
    5. cut potato into coins & boil, 10 mins.
    6. chop turnip & onion into small peices, boil for 15 mins then drain n mash.
    7. use a jar or canned tomato and add garlic & paprika, warm in a pan, wen fish is halfway through cookin take out of oven pour sauce over & continue to cook for stated time.
    8. the presentation is up to you.!
