    3. Next add curd mix well and rest for 20 mins

    5. After 20 mins once batter is thick add water and make the consistency like idli batter and add salt and chat masala
    6. Take a pan and add oil to heat up
    7. Add cumin mustard seeds and curry leaves
    8. Once crackling add onions and green chilli ginger paste and sauté for few seconds
    9. Add all vegetables and cook for few seconds
    10. Now add this into the batter add coriander leaves and cooking soda and mix well
