    5. Add hot water, kasuri methi and mix well,cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
    6. Take the dough and knead it once more,make small balls of dough,roll bhature a little bigger that Puri with the help of rolling board and pin.
    7. Heat oil in a kadhai and drop the plain side of bhatura direct in oil let it puff up and flip over and cook both side till golden.
    8. Chole bhature is ready to serve.
