    7. Now add onion, sauté it at high flame till pink, do not over cook it.
    8. Add tomato & green chilli, stir fry it for a while. Add salt also, stir it.
    9. Now add baingan, mix it well, so that garlic incorporates.
    10. Cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it until water evaporates. Stir in between.
    11. Remove the lid, fry it at high flame for a while.
    12. Add dhania patta, stir it for a while.
    13. Remove it from the flame, take out in a serving bowl.
    14. Have it with Roti or Paratha.
