    1. 1 cup daal wash kar ke 45 minutes tak pani mein bhigo dein phir dobara wash kar ke boil karein aur sath hi 1/2 tsp haldi powder bhi add karein.
    2. Ek karahi mein 3/4 cup oil add karein aur flame ko medium rakhen. - Jab oil garam hojae to 1 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste add karein aur 1 minute tak pkaen.
    3. 3 tamater ki puree add karein aur sath hi 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tbsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, namak,1/2 tsp zeera powder, 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder, aur 1 tsp dhania powder add karein aur oil separate hone tak medium-low flame par pkaen.
    4. Boiled daal add karein aur 1 tsp kasuri methi aur 3 chopped hari mirchein bhi add karein aur mix krlen. - Low flame par 2 minutes tak cover kar ke pkaen.
