    3. Keep water for boiling.
    4. When suji turns pinkish in colour add boiling water. In my house everyone prefers light brown colour of Halwa. Stir continuously.
    5. Stir till it leaves oil.
    6. Now add sugar and let sugar leaves water and. It gets absorbed. Add elachi powder.
    7. How to know your Halwa is perfect is your kadhai and ladle both will become clean.
    8. Halwa is ready to be serve.. you can serve with puris.
