    2. Take a tawa put chopped bhindi, add 2 tsp oil and fry on medium flame until the stickiness of the bhindi goes.
    3. Now take a pan and heat oil. Add chopped onion and chopped tomato.
    4. Fry onion and tomato for 3 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric and salt to taste.
    5. Now add 3 tsp tamarind pulp and cook for 2 minutes. Then add 3 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and 2 tsp garam masala powder.
    6. Cook for 2 minutes and get the consistency as shown in the picture below.
    7. Now add 3/4 cup of water and allow it to boil.
    8. Then add the fried bhindi and mix well. Cover the pan with the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes.
    9. Bhindi curry/ ladies finger curry is ready to be served.
    10. Serve it with chapathi.
