    1. Firstly grind onions,tomatoes,ginger,garlic and green chilli…and make a fine paste…
    2. Now cut mushrooms into halves and boil them in hot water until one boil…and also boil green choliya and drain out
    3. Now take a kadhai,,add ghee or oil..add jeera and dhania powder..add the grinded paste,,and cook for 2 min..now add diced onions and cook until oil releases..now add all dry spices
    4. Now add fresh malai and mix well
    5. Add water acc to your consistency….and add blanched mushrooms and choliya
    6. Now cook on high flame until it boils…and now slow down the flame and cook for 15 min…it's ready…serve with tandoori onion paratha or rice or roti..enjoy
