    Instructions to make Suji golgappe:

    1. Take a bowl add semolina flour salt and oil add little water and knead a tight dough using water required keep aside for half an hour
    2. Now wash the mint and coriander leaves, put them in a grinder add green chillies ginger and 2 cloves. Grind to a fine paste. Take out in a vessel and add above mentioned spices as per taste add tamarind pulp and water keep stirring until the spices are mixed. Refrigerate until chilled
    3. Now take the dough and knead it for a few minutes to make it smooth.
    4. Now divided the dough into small portions and make small balls
    5. Take a ball and roll into a thin puri and make all the puris. Keep the puri in a kitchen towel for a few minutes
    6. Take a pan and heat the oil, fry the puris until fluffy and golden brown
    7. Now stuff the puris with potatoes and chanamixture add meethi chutney and serve with chilled pani puri water
