    Ingredients

    The ingredients needed to make Aloevera curry:

    1. Get 2 Aloevera sticks
    2. Prepare 1 tbsp grated coconut
    3. Make ready 2 tsp Oil
    4. Prepare 2 tsp Ghee
    5. Take 2 tsp Besan/gram flour
    6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Curry powder
    7. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    8. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
    9. Get 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (Kashmiri)
    10. Prepare to taste Salt
    11. Make ready 2 Tomatoes medium(chopped)
    12. Take 2 Onion medium(chopped)
    13. Make ready 6-7 Garlic cloves(chopped)
    14. Take 3 (whole) Dry Red Chillies
    15. Prepare 1/2 glass Green juice (Coriander,basil&mint leaves juice
    16. Get 1/2 glass Sweet buttermilk
    17. Take 1 tsp Coriander powder

    Instructions

    Steps to make Aloevera curry:

    1. Cut 2 leaves of aloe vera from garden &soak it in water for 30 minutes,Change the water after 15 minutes,.Do this twice.Soak for another 5-10 minutes in clean water after changing the water second time.Peel the skin of aloe vera &cut the aloe gel into pieces. Soak the aloe gel pieces in water.Wash it properly 6-7times with water.
    2. Turn on gas & place the pan on it.Add 2tsp oil,heat oil in a pan add red chili & cumin seeds crackle,add chopped garlic,chopped onions & sauté for 2 minutes.Now add chopped tomatoes mix well.
    3. Now add aloe gel pieces in the pan&mix everything properly,Add salt, coriander powder,curry powder,turmeric,& grated coconut.Mix well.
    4. Add gram flour in the green juice properly & pour this juice in the pan.Mix all the ingredients properly & let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame,(cover the pan with lid.) open the lid,add sweet buttermilk & cook for another 1-2 minutes.Switch off the flame.
    5. Curry is ready.Serve it in a bowl & decorate with hot ghee,&kashmiri red chili powder.
    6. Instead of sweet buttermilk,we can also use coconut milk.very tasty & healthy curry.Eat with rice, chapati etc.
