    Chole Bhature also known as Chana Bhatura is one of the most popular Punjabi dish liked almost all over India. Chole stands for a spiced tangy chickpea curry and.     Steps to make Chole, Bhature, Jeera Rice and Aloo Gobhi:

    1. First prepare the dough for bhature, in a mixing bowl combine together maida, oil, curd, fruit salt and salt, mix well. By adding little water knead a smooth dough, cover and keep it for 3 - 4 hours for fermentation.

Cover and cook on low heat, until becomes soft, then add red chilli, dhaniya, amchur powder and garam masala. Roast for 5 - 7 minutes on lie heat. It is ready to serve.
    5. Heat ghee in a pan and add jeera, cloves and cinnamon, let them splutter, then add soaked rice. Roast on low heat, stirring continuously with light hands, until the ghee coats the rice properly. Then add salt and water, cover and cook, until all the moisture evaporates and the rice is properly cooked. It us ready to serve.
    6. Now everything is ready, so we prepare the bhature. Heat oil for deep frying, first on high heat, then make the flame medium. Make balls from the dough, roll it and slide slowly in the hot oil. Fry it until becomes fluffy and light brown. In this way maje all the bhaturas.
    7. For serving, take out chole in a bowl, aloo gobhi in another bowl, jeera rice in another bowl, bhature in a serving platter along with onion rings. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
