    1. Roast besan half cup
    2. Mix 1 cup Dahi and 1 glass water gradually
    3. In a pot heat 1 tbsp oil add curry patta zeera ginger garlic paste red chilli powder Haldi salt 2 tbSP water bhonify
    4. Add besan dahi mixture in it.bring it to boil.put the lid on it cook on slow. Flame untill thick consistency
    5. Now make pakoray add all pakora ingredients and mix it well with water
    6. Heat oil in a pan fry pakoras,when it turns crispy golden add in curry
    7. Now heat oil in a pan for bhaggar add all bhagar ingredients.when it turns colour to golden add this bhaggar on curry ready!!
