    1. Melt ghee in a wok. Add green cardamoms to it and add semolina. Cook until the semolina is lightly browned. Empty wok and keep semolina separate.
    2. Heat ghee in the wok. Add water and sugar, and cook until all sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens.
    3. Add semolina to syrup, add food colour, and cook until mixture thickens.
    4. Remove from heat. Serve in wok and garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios.
