    1. Firstly take a kadhai and put semolina and 1 tsp oil and roast it. When the semolina gets light brown then turn off the gas and keep aside.
    2. Take a kadhai and put oil, mustard seeds and green chilli. When they start to crackle then add water, salt, black pepper powder, baking soda and semolina, lemon juice and saute it for few minutes and cover it and turn off the gas stove and let it cool down.
    3. When the mixture gets cool down then make lemon size balls and keep aside and steam the balls in steamer for 8-10 minutes. When the balls turn double size then turn off the flame and keep aside.
    4. Heat oil in a kadhai and put mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, dry red chilli, sesame seeds and coriander seeds in it and when they start to splutter then add onion in it and saute it for few seconds and add turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute it for few minutes. When the tomato gets soft then add salt and prepared suji balls in it and mix it well.
    5. Add coriander leaves and mix it well and turn off the flame. Your suji balls ready to serve.
