    1. Prepare 2 bowl suji/rawa
    2. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
    3. Get 1 tsp mustard seeds

    5. Prepare 8-10 cashews
    6. Take 1 tbsp Chana dal
    7. Take 2-3 dried red chillies
    8. Take to taste Salt, red pepper

    Steps to make Suji/Rawa balls:

    1. Take a non stick kadai. Add 1 tblspn oil. Add suji/rawa.
    2. Saute it on low flame till little brown. Now add water to it adjusting to a thick consistency.
    3. Add salt and mix water nicely. Now close the gas and let the mixture cool.
    4. When the mixture cools, make small balls from it. Now in a steamer steam these balls for 5-10 mins
    5. Now take a kadai. Add 1 tblspn oil. Add mustard seeds. Add red chillies. When it splutters, add curry leaves, cashews, chana dal. Saute them.
    6. Now add a pinch of salt, turmeric powder, and mix well. Now add the suji balls to it. Mix them well and cook for 5-10 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    7. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
