    Instructions to make Chole Buns:

    1. Take 1 cup lukewarm milk, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp dry yeast in a bowl.
    2. Leave it for 15 minutes so it becomes frothy.
    3. In a big bowl take all purpose flour and add salt.
    4. Add 1 and half tbsp olive oil in proofed yeast.
    5. Add proofed yeast and oil mix in All purpose flour.
    6. Knead a soft dough from all ingredients.
    7. After kneading cover and leave it for 2 hours.
    8. In a pressure cooker take soaked white peas and onions.
    9. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and ginger garlic paste.
    10. Cook it for 4-5 whistles or till it becomes soft and then add chaat massla..
    11. After cook lightly mash chole with spoon.
    12. Make 8 big size balls from the dough.
    13. Stuff chole in dough balls and close it.
    14. Place on greased baking tray for 30 minutes.
    15. After 30 minutes it becomes double in size.
    16. Mix some butter in milk and brush it on dough balls, and sprinkle some sesame seeds over balls.
    17. Bake buns on 200 degree for 15 minutes.
    18. After baking buns immediately brush butter on top of buns.
    19. Soft chole buns are ready.
