    2. Make koftas by applying few drops of oil and make koftas.
    3. Heat oil in a pan.
    4. Drop the kofta in hot oil and deep fry till the golden brown color.

    7. Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
    8. Once the oil is hot enough, add 2tbsp coriander leaves, 1 chopped onion, 1tbsp mix masala, 1tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder, 1 tbsp dry coconut grated, 1/4 ginger- garlic paste.
    9. Mix well the ingredients and add few drops of water.
    10. Add salt as per taste and let it cook for 10 min.
