    1. Grate Boiled Aloo with the smallest hole grater.
    2. Chop Green Chillies, Garlic Cloves, Dhaniya Leaves finely.
    3. Now take a Pan, add 20gms Butter in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
    4. When butter melts & gets heated up, add finely chopped Garlic Cloves in it & roast them for 1-2 minutes till they become soft.
    5. After 1-2 minutes, add 1 Cup Water in it & let it boil.
    6. When it starts boiling, add 1/2 Cup Suji with 1 Teaspoon Salt in it & immediately turn off the gas.
    7. Now start stirring them properly so that no lumps are formed in Suji.
    8. Now cover the lid & let the mixture rest for 15-20 minutes.
    9. After 15-20 minutes, check the mixture whether there are lumps in it or not.
    10. Now transfer the mixture in a bowl with grated boiled aloo, finely chopped green chillies, 2 Table Spoon Chawal Ka Atta or 2 Table Spoon Cornstarch & mix them properly.
    11. Now make medium size cutlet from the mixture.
    12. Then take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
    13. When oil gets heated up, add cutlet in it & fry them for 7-8 minutes.
    14. After 7-8 minutes, when they turn into golden brown in colour, turn off tha gas & take them out in a plate.
    15. Your Suji Garlic Cutlet is ready to be served.
