    Steps to make Palak Chole:

    1. First, blanch the spinach leaves and then make puree. Then Wash already soaked chickpeas and boil it for 4-5 minutes in pressure cooker.
    2. Heat 3 teaspoon of oil/ghee in a pan, now add cumin seeds and red/green chilli. Saute for 1 minute. Now add in chopped onion, Ginger-garlic and saute over medium flame untill onion turn light brown colour.
    3. Then add chopped tomato, salt & all powder masalas and stir all once. Cook for 2 minutes in medium flame & you can see the mixture coming together and thickening a little bit.
    4. Now, add the chickpeas & give it a good stir and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Then add in spinach puree, give it one good stir & cook it for 5 minutes in low-medium flame.
    5. After 5 minutes, you can see palak gravy thicken little bit. Add lemon juice, Off the gas flame and stir it. Check the salt & spice levels & adjust to suit your taste. Tasty Palak-chhole is ready to eat. Serve the yummy Palak-chhole along with a choice of rice or rotis.
