    2. For making dough take refined flour and soda and mix well now add curd and mix now add hot 2 tsp oil and mix well now add salt to taste, add little water and make a hard dough and apply oil on the dough and keep aside for half and hour.
    3. Now make small bature in round shape and deep fry it.
    4. As we are not using yeast, but it was very crispy and tasty.

    These are fluffy deep fried Indian breads served with chole which are chickepeas cooked in a spicy masala. The refined flour dough for the bhature needs to be left to ferment for a few hours before being rolled into oval shaped. Chole Bhature are my all time favourite, I can eat these at breakfast, lunch and dinner too. Ever since this lock down haven't had my favourite chole bhature. If you do not want to eat refined flour, then what we do at home is make puris with wheat flour.
