    Instructions to make Chole Rice:

    1. Firstly soak the chana overnight.

    6. Take a pan and heat oil to it.
    7. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
    8. Once it crackles add the left onions chopped and fry it for some time until the colour changes to brown.
    9. Add ginger garlic and green chillies paste to it and give it a quick stir.
    10. Now add tomato puree and all the spices to it.
    11. Cook it for 4-5minutes.Add chole and chole masala to it.
    12. Now mix it all together and cook it for 10-12 minutes.
    13. Chole is ready.
    14. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
