    Instructions to make Chana Chole:

    1. Firstly take a bowl and soak the chana for about 4-5 hours.
    2. After 4-5 hours it will look like this.
    3. Now take a pressure cooker and put the chana to it.
    4. Add 2 cups of water,salt, Ajwain,Black til, chopped onion,garlic pieces and green tea bag to it.
    5. Give it 3-4 whistles.
    6. Now the chana is boiled. You can take out the tea bag from it.
    7. Take a kadhai and add oil to it.
    8. Now add all the spices(cumin seeds,bay leaf, pepper corn balls).
    9. Let it crackle.
    10. Now add sliced onion to it.
    11. Fry it until the colour changes.
    12. Now add tomato puree to it. Cook it for some time and add cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt to it. Cook it for about 4-5 minutes.
    13. Cook it until the masala separates oil from it.
    14. After sometime add 1 cup of water and chole masala to it.
    15. Give it a boil.
    16. Turn off the gas and serve it hot.
