    1. Add butter in a pan and heat it, now add rava and mix it well.
    2. In another pan add oil, sarso and chana dal, urad dal and mix well
    3. Now, add chopped onion, curry leaves, finely chopped carrot and 2tbsp water and boil for 10minutes.
    4. Boil 500gm water add lemon juice, sugar, salt and mix well
    5. Add rava into vegetables and mix well now, add boil water slowly to avoid lumps.

    7. Your upma is ready.
