    Instructions to make Veg. Suji Rolls:

    1. First Grind the suji to make smooth rava. Then add salt and baking soda in it. Then form a dough by adding the curd to suji. No need to take water. Cover it and Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
    2. For vegetables chop capsicum, onion, cabbage and green chillies altogether. Grate the carrot. In a pan take 1/2 tablespoon oil. Add ginger paste in it. Saute it. Then add crushed peanuts and desiccated coconut to it. Then add all vegetables. Add salt and pepper powder. Saute it only for 2 minutes. Dont cook the vegetables.
    3. Now divide the dough in two parts. Take 1 part and roll it in rectangle shape. Spread vegetables on it evenly. Then roll the chapati again. Do the same with another part of dough.
    4. Now in steamer on stand keep both rolls and steam them for 20-25 minutes. Then cut the rolls.
    5. Now heat the remaining oil. Add mustard seeds and asefotedia to it. And sprinkle this vaghar on rolls. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves. Rolls are ready to serve.
