    1. Heat 1 tbs of oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds, let it roast for 1 min, add chopped onion, vegetables and fry for 2 mins
    2. After that add 2 cup of water and boil it for 5 mins
    3. Slowly add suji rava and mix well, close lid and cook for 1 mins
    4. Cool for 10 mins in a flat plate and make thick roti
    5. Heat a kadhai, pour 1tbs oil, add sesema seeds, put prepared roti in kadhai, Roast both side till crispy
    6. Serve hot as breakfast or Snacks options with chutney or you can eat only this
