    Combine ginger, garlic, chillies, salt, turmeric, dal and water together. Stuffing is optional ,you can have the cheela plain or stuff with potato mixture or paneer mixture ,choice is yours ,but it taste awesome both ways.     Steps to make Stuffed moong Chilla:

    1. Soak the moong dal overnight next day morning wash wash the moong dal and mix all the ingredients coriander leaves green chilli ginger and rava and grind it keep aside for 10 minutes.salt to taste.
    2. In a pan put oil 1 tsp and add jeera and all the vegetables chopped fry for 2 minutes then add mashed potatoes and add haldi red chilli powder and amchoor powder and salt at lost add coriander leaves and mix well try for 5 minutes and off the flame.
    3. In a bowl put tomato sauce and pizza sauce and mix well and keep aside. In another bowl Crush paneer.
    4. Heat Tawa and put moong dal batter after 1 minute flip the dosa and flipped once again and apply sauce then stuffed masala apply totally dosa and Sprinkle the Paneer the stuff moong dosa is ready
    5. You can roll the dosa tightly and cut 2 inch gap and garnish with sauce.
    6. Stuffed moong dosa is very tasty and very nutritious healthy breakfast.
