    Steps to make Rava Sooji Chilla:

    1. Take suii and curd in a bowl..Mix it well with help of whisk. Add some water to adjust the consistency. The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin.
    2. Add soda, pinch of hing, mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves and mix it well. Let is rest for 10 mins.
    3. Add salt to taste, red chilli.powder(optional), dhaniya powder(optional). Now batter is ready. Take a non stick pan and let it heat.. Apply some oil with brush on the pan. Now pour the batter on the pan. keep the flame on low/ medium heat. spread the batter by lifting up the pan. Let is cook for around 2-3 min.once chilla is ready..it will start to release itself from the corners.
    4. With help of spatula, toss it to cook it from another side. Please make sure chilla has nice medium brown colour before tossing. You can also add some chopped veggies like onion, capsicum, tomatoes on the chilla after pouring the batter on pan.
    5. For kids, you can also add some grated cheese on the poured batter in pan.
    6. Chilla is ready. serve it with mint coriander chutney or coconut chutney or ketchup.
