    17. Get 3-4 Chopped scallion whites & green separate
    18. Get 1 small Finely chopped onion
    19. Make ready 1 green chilli slit cut
    20. Get 1.5 tsp chopped / minced garlic
    21. Take 1 tsp chopped/ minced ginger
    22. Take 1.5 tsp dark soy sauce
    23. Take 1.5 tsp vinegar
    24. Take 1 tbsp ching’s red chilli sauce
    25. Make ready 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
    26. Make ready Salt for taste
    27. Take 1/2 tbsp ching’s green chilli sauce and
    28. Take 1 tbsp oil
    29. Take Water if required
    30. Take 1 tsp black pepper powder

    3. Add fried Manchurian balls and stir. Garnish with leftover scallion greens. Set aside to use as filling in dosa.
    4. Heat dosa skillet. Spread dosa batter in round shape and apply ghee. Spread Manchurian filling and roll the dosa. Serve it hit just like that or with coconut chutney. I promise you won’t need chutney or sambhar😉
