    5. Place on a microwave-safe plate and heat up for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 500 W. Flip it over and microwave for another minute. Let it cool.
    6. When it has cooled down, cut into half and it's done.

    Boiled okra gives a slightly slimy texture but goes well with salty and spicy mentaiko. Mentaiko (明太子) or Karashi Mentaiko (辛子明太子) is spicy pollock/cod roe.
