5. For milk layer, dissolve the gelatin into 2 tablespoons of water from 1 cup of water and let it stands for 5 mins. Heat the remaining water until almost boiling and heat off. Pour the gelatin paste into water and whisk it until dissolve. Then, pour into condensed milk and cool it completely.
6. Pour the completely cooled milk over the jello cubes. Chill it until completely set or overnight refrigerator.
7. Slice and serve.
